Privacy Policy

Trident is real estate investment software operated by CT Victory Home Solutions LLC ("Trident", "we"). This policy covers tridentdeal.com and the Trident app.

Two kinds of people

Customers are investors who sign up for Trident. Contacts are the property owners, sellers and buyers our customers reach through Trident. For contacts, the customer decides who to contact and why; we process that information on the customer's behalf.

What we collect

• Account details: name, business name, email, phone, billing address and 10DLC registration details (such as EIN).
• Payment details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Content in the app: leads, property records, deals, messages, call notes and transcripts.
• Usage and device data: log-ins, pages used, IP address and browser type, for security and support.

How we use it

To run the service (send and receive texts, emails and calls; look up property and owner records; bill for plans and usage), to keep accounts secure, to give support, and to meet legal and carrier requirements.

Text messages

We do not share or sell SMS opt-in data or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the providers that deliver messages (such as Twilio and the mobile carriers).

Who we share with

Service providers that help us run Trident, each limited to providing their service: Twilio (calls, texts, email delivery through SendGrid), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI replies and call assistance), property-data providers, and our hosting provider. We also share information if the law requires it or to protect people's safety. We do not sell personal information.

AI and call recording

Some calls are handled by an AI assistant and transcribed. Callers are told at the start of the call. Customers are responsible for any additional notice their state requires.

How long we keep it

While an account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax, billing and dispute purposes. Opt-out and do-not-contact records are kept so we can keep honoring them.

Your choices

• Contacts can reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Customers can see and update their account in Settings, and can ask us to export or delete their data.
• Anyone can ask what we hold about them, or ask us to correct or delete it, at the address below.

Security

Encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and signed webhooks from our providers. No system is perfectly secure; we'll notify affected customers of a breach as the law requires.

Children

Trident is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
