How much does Trident cost?
Trident costs $99, $199 or $299 a month. Scout includes 1 user, 1 phone line and $10 of usage credit. Hunter includes 3 users, 3 lines and $25. Empire includes 8 users, 10 lines and $50. Usage beyond the credit comes from your wallet at published rates. A 7-day trial costs $8.
What does the monthly usage credit cover?
The credit pays for anything on the rate card: skip traces, property records, texts, dialer and AI voice minutes, rental comps, lien searches, cash buyer searches and AI underwriting. It is spent before your wallet balance, and any credit you do not use rolls over to the next month instead of expiring.
How does the wallet work?
The wallet is a prepaid US dollar balance inside Trident. You add funds from $10, or turn on auto-reload so it tops up before it runs out. Each skip trace, text segment, call minute or data pull is deducted at its published rate, and campaigns show their cost before they send.
How does the 7-day trial work?
The trial costs $8 for 7 days, and the $8 goes into your wallet as usage credit, so you can spend it on skip traces, property records or texts while you try Trident. To keep your workspace after the trial, choose Scout, Hunter or Empire on the billing page.
Are there usage caps or overage fees?
No. There are no caps, fair-use limits or overage tiers. Every action has one published price, the same on every plan, such as $0.12 per skip trace and $0.025 per text segment. You can run as much as your balance covers, and nothing runs past it.
What is the difference between Scout, Hunter and Empire?
Every plan includes the whole product. The plans differ by users, phone lines and the size of the monthly usage credit: Scout has 1 user and 1 line, Hunter has 3 users and 3 lines, and Empire has 8 users and 10 lines. Usage rates are identical on all three.
How much does skip tracing cost?
A skip trace costs $0.12 per lookup, the same on every plan. Tracing 1,000 owners costs $120. Your plan's monthly usage credit is applied first, and the rest is deducted from your wallet only for the lookups you actually run. Contacts are de-duplicated by phone number, so the same owner on two lists becomes one record.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly with no annual commitment, and you can cancel from the billing page in the app. Your plan covers the software, your users and your phone lines. Usage is prepaid through the wallet, so there is no surprise invoice at the end of the month.
I'm a beta tester. What happens when the beta ends?
When the beta ends, log in and choose Scout, Hunter or Empire on the billing page at app.tridentdeal.com/billing#plans. Your remaining beta balance carries over to your wallet as dollars, one time, and you spend it at the same published rates as everyone else. Questions go to support@tridentdeal.com.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Log in at app.tridentdeal.com, open Billing and pick a plan under Plans, or go straight to app.tridentdeal.com/billing#plans. You can move between Scout, Hunter and Empire as your team grows. If anything about your plan or bill looks wrong, email support@tridentdeal.com and include your account email.
